Forest Rest House In Dhikala Zone
This one is the biggest zone in Jim Corbett. You can stay at night in the Forest Rest Houses of this zone. There are 4 forest rest houses in this zone - Sultan, Gairal, Sarpduli, and Dhikala. You can stay at the Forest Guest House for a maximum of 3 nights and you have to get a permit from forest officials to stay here. Make Dhikala Night Stay Booking and enjoy staying here.
The Forest Rest Houses of this zone have solar panels for electricity, so don't expect much, and bring your batteries and power banks with you. Some Forest Rest House have food options and in some, you have to bring your raw food. You can get great views of the surroundings like the Ramganga riverbed and huge grassland from the watchtower.
This Jim Corbett Dhikala zone offers canter safari rides only but if you’re coming for a night stay then you can enjoy gypsy safari in Dhikala. You can spot lots of elephants, wild pigs, crocodiles, barking deer, and spotted deer in this zone during your safari ride. You can even spot a tiger chasing the deer.

Dhikala Forest Rest House
It is located at a distance of 31 km from the entry gate. There are 6 forest lodges in Jim Corbett Dhikala and a dormitory in this zone. All accommodations have separate bathrooms but the dormitory has a single bathroom. They offer delicious food options in the buffet meals at the restaurant area. You can also spend your free time at the library or watching wildlife movie shows in the evening. There is also a watch tower which is located at a distance of 10 min walk from Dhikala Lodge.
Gairal Forest Rest House
There are 2 accommodation options in Gairal Forest Rest House which was built back in 1903. Make a Dhikala booking and enjoy a night's stay in this forest rest house. This forest rest house is also located in Jim Corbett Dhikala Zone. There are 4 New Forest Rest House rooms and a Dormitory with 8 beds. This area is located 15 km from the Dhangadi gate of Jim Corbett. The Gairal forest rest house has a restaurant and canteen that serves delicious meals. You can go to the nearby crocodile pool which is at a distance of 2 km during your free time.


Sarpduli Forest Rest House
This one is located at a distance of 18 km and is situated on the banks of the Ramganga River. It was built back in 1908 and there are 2 rooms and 1 dormitory in this forest rest house. Makke a Dhikala Night Stay Booking and enjoy a stay in this forest rest house. No food is available here, so you have to bring your food to make meals. You can get your meals prepared by the chef in the kitchen area. For spotting otters you can go to the nearby champion pool. It’s good for bird spottings.
Sultan Forest Rest House
This one is closest to Dhangadi Gate, just at a distance of 6 km. This Forest Rest House is best for small groups of people because they have 2 rooms with double beds. You can make your meals in the kitchen or get them prepared by a chef. You have to bring your raw food along with oil and spices when you’re staying at night in Sultan. You can spot deer and birds during your peaceful stay.

FOREST REST HOUSE IN BIJRANI ZONE
The Bijrani Zone is a beautiful zone of Jim Corbett National Park. There are 2 forest rest houses in the Bijrani zone - Bijrani Forest Rest House and Malani Forest Rest House. You can stay at the Forest Guest House for a maximum of 3 nights. You have to get a permit to stay here. You can make a Bijrani Night Stay Booking from Nov 15 to June 14. On other days night stay is not allowed for tourists.
There are 7 accommodation options in Jim Corbett Bijrani Forest Rest House whereas there are 2 rooms in Jim Corbett Malani Forest Rest House. You can have some delicious meals in the onsite restaurant in Bijrani FRH but you have to come with your raw food in Malani FRH. This zone is great for birdwatching and you can get great views of animals like wild elephants, sloth bears, and other animals.
You can enjoy 2 types of safari rides in this zone. You can go on gypsy safari as well as elephant safaris. By taking gypsy safaris, you’ll get a closer view of animals. By taking an elephant safari, you can see the great views of the picturesque beauty of the surroundings of this zone.


Bijrani Forest Rest House
This forest rest house was built back in the 1930s and it is located on the edge of Jim Corbett National Park. There are 7 accommodation options which include 4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, and 1 dormitory for 4 guests. They all have attached bathrooms and you can have delicious meals in the restaurant.

Malani Forest Rest House
Malani Forest Rest House has been in Jim Corbett since the 1930s and it is located on the edge of Jim Corbett National Park. You can spend your time here in 2 rooms and both rooms have a double bed and attached bathroom. You have to bring your raw materials with oil and spices to make food here. There is a kitchen area where a chef is available to make delicious meals.
FOREST REST HOUSE IN JHIRNA ZONE
Jhirna Zone is located in the southern part of Jim Corbett National Park and you can stay here at night in Jhirna Forest Rest House. You can stay at Jim Corbett Jhirna Forest Guest House for a maximum of 3 nights. Jhirna zone is open throughout the year for gypsy safari rides but you can only stay here from the 15th Nov to the 14th June with a permit from forest officials. Make a Jhirna Night Stay Booking and experience the thrill of staying inside the park.
There are in total 2 rooms in this Forest Rest House. Both rooms have attached bathrooms and double beds available. You can also get an extra bed. There are not many facilities available here. You can see solar panels for electricity so don’t expect much. Keep batteries and power backup with you. A kitchen facility is available and the food prices are affordable.
Previously this zone was a village and then this village was relocated to somewhere else and this zone was made a tiger reserve area. You can spot nilgai, sambhar, chital, and wild boar during your Jhirna gypsy safari ride. You can also enjoy beautiful views of birds around river channels here.

FOREST REST HOUSE IN DHELA ZONE

This zone was opened back in 2014 and has scenic views with dense trees like Sal, Haldu, Bahera, Rohini, and Kusum along with large grasslands and various water bodies. You can stay here at night in the Dhela Forest Rest House. You have to take a permit from forest officials for a night stay in this zone. Make a Dhela Night Stay Booking to enjoy a safari and stay at this spot.
There are 4 rooms in the Dhela Forest Ret House, but only 2 can be booked by one person. You can stay for a maximum of 3 nights and these rooms have attached bathrooms and solar panels for electricity. You have to bring raw food with oil and spices to make delicious meals if you’re staying in Jim Corbett Dhela FRH.
Dhela zone is open throughout the year for gypsy safari rides but sometimes it can be closed because of weather conditions. However, you can make a Dhela Booking from Nov 15 to June 14. On other days, night stay is not allowed for tourists. You can spot wild animals like tigers, leopards, Asiatic elephants, sloth bears, and king Cobras during your safari ride.
